Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Processing time is separate from transit time.

Shipping options and delivery estimates

In UK, Canada & Australia estimated delivery 7–14 business days after dispatch.

International: Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight; estimated delivery 7–21 business days after dispatch.

Note: Delivery times are estimates in business days and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, peak seasons, or weather.

Order tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

International deliveries

Yes, we ship to selected countries. Availability will show at checkout when you enter your address.

Customs, duties, and taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility, and we have no control over them. Please check your local customs office for details.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Addresses and delivery issues

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to complete the delivery scan and check with household members, neighbors, building management/front desk, and common areas around the delivery location.

If the package still cannot be located after that time, contact the carrier with your tracking number for more information.If you still can’t locate your order after following the steps above, contact us within 5 business days of the delivery scan and include your order number and tracking details. We’ll assist with an investigation and help file a carrier claim.
